1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our store, creating a sweet account, adding custom packages to your cart, or placing orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Order Cancellations & Processing

We strive to pack and dispatch your chocolates and custom candy arrangements instantly. Because we prioritize fresh orders, please note:

• Cancellation Window: Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of placement by calling our support line.
• Availability: If a specific gummy brand or custom imports item is temporarily out of stock, we will reach out via phone/WhatsApp to suggest a replacement before dispatching.

3. Delivery & Store Pickup

We deliver your sweet treats across Beirut and select surrounding areas. Delivery estimates provided are target times but may vary slightly due to traffic or weather conditions.

If choosing **Store Pickup**, items must be collected within 48 hours of notification at your chosen branch (Beirut or Mazboud), after which the order may be cancelled.

4. Interactive Promotions (Slot Machine)

Our website features a promotional "Candy Slot Machine". Spin rewards, free boxes, and promo coupon codes are strictly subject to one account per user. Any accounts found abusing automated systems or scripts to bypass cooling times will have their orders cancelled and accounts permanently blocked.

5. Governing Law & Disagreement

These terms are governed by the commercial laws of Lebanon. Any disputes relating to items purchased, pricing, or checkout will be resolved amicably via our customer support channels first.
